I don't know whether it were posted here in the past but I've found a
solution (and the reason) for the system-crash @ RH.

It's really simple! :-) KWinTV assumes the first video dev on /dev/video =
but
this is only a dir @ my system. Simply add "--device /dev/video0" (if vid=
eo0
is your tv card) to the command line and it works! ;)
