Kstars handbook looks like a right place. Thank you! Although I think 
dbus scripting deserve separate section. There around 20 functions, 
examples for several languages should be provided as well.

Well I think that script builder should be removed. It's mostly useful 
as documentation tool and is pretty useless for everything else.
