We have a KDE bug reporting system at http://bugs.kde.org and we use
that for KStars as well.

Edit /usr/share/apps/kstars/Cities.dat with your favourite
text-editor. For example, you could just open that file with kwrite.

You will find an entry corresponding to Windhoek (I notice that there
are two differing entries). Just correct that entry (and delete the
wrong entries) and it should become permanently correct.

Once you are done with making this correction on your system, just
attach that file and mail it to the list, so that we can make your
correction appear in future versions of KStars.

Well, I've seen RedShift long back, and yes - and that was pretty
intuitive. Unfortunately, we lack a strong developer force to produce
that kind of work. Any help in making KStars better is always welcome.
