[Kstars-devel] Asteroid Magnitude Bug

I'm sorry I was away from the scenario for quite some time.

I don't think I as yet have the skill to write an occultations class, so I
had better start off with a few more simple bugfixes. Are there any that I
can work on?

I've noticed that there's a bug in calculating the magnitudes of asteroids
and several asteroids are reported well brighter than Mag 10, while the SB
What's Observable site shows only a handful. What is the possible problem?
(I had mentioned this earlier here as well)
