Hello Jason,

 I think it is possible. We may proceed in two ways:
 - either commit and CCMAIL to kde-i18n-doc also.
 - ask in the kde-i18n-doc before changing the CVS

I would go for the first possiblity because the bug is directly associated 
with i18n. We are not fixing something else and producing new i18n strings. 
Besides I have produced 49 fuzzies in kstars.po 3 days ago and nobobody has 
complaint in the list, I believe that it was so because it was a 18n bug 
also.
