[Kstars-devel] questions about strings changes

Hello,

We have two new strings-related bug reports.  

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71826 points out that we have an 
entry for "Nize, France" in Cities.dat, but this city doesn't exist.  
(there is a "Nice, France" and the coordinates are almost the same).

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71829 points out that the name 
label for unnamed stars ("star") shows up untranslated.

At first, I thought these fixes would have to wait for strings thaw, 
but I'm not sure.  The first bug involves only the removal of a 
string.  Is this still forbidden?  The second fix is a bit 
complicated in the code, but it essentially will involve adding an 
instance of "i18n("star")".  There are many other instances of this 
elsewhere in the code, so this would only make a "fuzzy" string, if I 
understand correctly.  Is it possible to do that now?
