A couple of changes:

1. Adding image adjustment controls like contrast/brightness/hue..etc to the INDI Video4Linux driver.

2. Allowing one or more clients to access one or more drivers. In the case of the Video4Linux driver, mutiple clients can gain access to the driver and receive streaming video for example. There was a limit of one client in the last commit, but now all INDI drivers can be managed by any number of clients and thus conforming to the INDI standard.

3. Improving some of the error messages, and some misc bug fixes.
