[Kst] kst2 compilation under linux with headers in non-standard location

I suppose you mean pkg-config? When I run "pkg-config --libs netcdf" it
finds the right path, and "pkg-config --cflags netcdf" gives the right
include path. And netcdf is detected and activated for the build, so
somehow it works. It just seems to be that those paths are not passed
correctly to the Makefile somehow.

No option, I'm not root at work :-)

So that's what I finally did, and it does work but it's a little
unclean.
I can live with it, but if we find why the flags don't get passed by
qmake correctly to the Makefile it would be nicer. Or we just let it be
and switch to cmake, as that's in the short term plans anyway, isn't it?
