[Kst] kst2 compilation under linux with headers in non-standard location

On linux pkg ist used, but I dont know if it
is enough to call 'make install' to make it work.

Have you tried to install the netcdf packages provided
for your distribution? For instance
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netcdf

You could also try to patch netcdf.pro file in
kst/src/datasources/netcdf.
