[Kst] kst2 compilation under linux with headers in non-standardlocation

Hum, that solved the netcdf case, but I also have gsl in a non-standard
path and there are *lots* of things that depend on it. Gsl is found by
qmake, but then just as for netcdf if I don't add the LIBS += and
INCLUDEPATH += instructions in the lowest-level .pro file, compilation
fails.
Changing all those .pro files is a daunting task, I'd really like to
understand what's going on.
