[Kst] kst2 compilation under linux with headers in non-standard location

Hi,
When I try to compile kst2 from svn I get an error because netcdf
headers are not found. I have installed netcdf in a non-standard
location (say /my/custom/path with includes under
/my/custom/path/include) and I can't manage to get qmake to generate
Makefiles where they get picked up correctly.
I have tried adding lines like:
INCLUDEPATH += /scratch/franz/brisset/include
or
QMAKE_INCDIR += /scratch/franz/brisset/include
at the top of kst.pro but with no luck.
If someone knows how to get this to work without ugly hacks, I'd be
grateful. I can also uninstall netcdf (then it works) but I'd like to be
able to play with metadata, and netcdf is the best format for that...
Thanks,
Nicolas
