[Kst] [Bug 86915] ability to operate only on what isvisibleshownin plot

I have a concern about the current plan for KstView. If you have a plotted
curve, and you create a KstView for it, the interpolation rules of the
KstView won't be synced with the interpolation rules of the curve. So
analysis on the KstView might give you results which don't agree with the
curve which you see in your plot (and which you think that you are
analyzing).
