[Kst] [Bug 86915] ability to operate only on what isvisibleshownin plot

I would add 141597, which is clearly perceived as a regression (you could previously change data files without worrying about dependents, they would be cleanly updated). Automatic handling of the update of dependents (equations, plugins, etc) is actually one of the differentiating features of kst ! 
I must admit I'm a bit confused as to the status of this, though. My "old" test file (the one I attached to the report) still leads to equations not being updated automatically, but as soon as I edit them they seem to get fixed. I have the feeling that the problem has been fixed, though I'm not entirely sure and I haven't tested plugins. Could someone please cross-check ?
