[Kst] KDE 3.2 Requirement

Are there any objections to a KDE 3.2 requirement for Kst 1.1.0?  It's 
becoming increasingly difficult to maintain backward compatibility, and I 
suspect it may not even work right now as in CVS.  Virtually all modern Linux 
distributions are shipping KDE 3.2.x or newer.
