If you use a more recent ZfOS package, the directory layout will be like I 
described before. Remember, this is not production software so the directory 
layout may change.

IMHO, the easiest way is to use a mail client which will let you open the 
local mbox file (/var/mail/<username>) and connect to the IMAP server at the 
same time. Using that method, you can move the messages from your mbox file 
into the IMAP server. You cannot simply copy the mbox file into Cyrus' 
directory because the IMAP server stores the messages in individual files. 
Secondly, the files have to be indexed by Cyrus. You *may* split up the mbox 
file into single messages but then you still have to rebuild the cyrus.* 
files. This is sometimes tricky so I wouldn't recommend that for first-time 
users.

You have to configure fetchmail to inject the messages into Kolab's Postfix 
through SMTP. Otherwise, they will always end up being delivered through your 
default MTA.
