[Kroupware] No UID in create user

i have seen a previous mail on this issue where the solution was a missing
base dn entry in kolab.conf. However, I do have an entry in the kolab.conf as 
follows:
---kolab.conf----
base-dn : dc=kolabserver, dc=vietubes, dc=com, dc=vn
bind-dn : cn=manager,dc=kolabserver,dc=vietubes,dc=com,dc=vn
..............................

My domain in vietubes.com.vn and I cannot figure out how to enable the uid 
entry
