Hello,

are there ideas how to manage resources with Kolab?

My basic setup has to work with Outlook.

It would be possible that the office manager has additional Outlook 
profiles for the resources, where he could change access rights for other 
people to the resources.
But the update of the freebusy times would be uncertain, because the office 
manager would not often open the profile of the resource.

What do people think, is this a way to go: to write a program, that can run 
on the server regularly, access the imap store and read the TNEF messages 
of the resource, parse it with e.g. http://sourceforge.net/projects/tnef 
and then create the iCal files in the freebusy directory?

Or is there a more easy way?
