The freebusy user is currently only used for legacy ftp support (OL 
requirement). This user is in now way priviledged to read the users 
calendars.

Please note that the password of the freebusy user is transfered in clear text 
due to the nature of the ftp protocol and therefor the freebusy user is 
disqualified for any priviledges.
