It's impossible for me to precisely guess what is wrong without more
information.
To build and run the kroupware packages, you need a KDE 3.1 without
kdenetwork and kdepim installed - the kroupware packages are complete
replacements for these.
When you build kroupware-kdenetwork and kroupware-kdepim, you must
configure them to be in the same dir as the KDE you have installed (it's
possible not to do this, but I don't know exactly how).
