Hi Martin,

the bootstrap script was run as printed when I installed the kolab rpm 
(as user kolab). Then "/kolab/etc/rc.d/rc.kolab start" was issued, first 
being kolab, second being root.

"rc.kolab start" did not print any errors. I verified Postfix and Cyrus 
being alive by netcatting to their TCP ports.

I'm just building a new kolab server. For reference I xfsdumped /kolab. 
Maybe there's some flaky hardware involved.
