[Kroupware] Problem with Outlook 2000 in French

I just submited the exact same problem... It seems that the problem
comes from Cyrus, or maybe it's config.
The Bynari connector should translate the folder names but stick to the
silly Microsoft habit to translate even these strings. It don't seem
that Byanri take this problem with the correct insight...
Cyrus treats special characters in folder names in a really special
manner, so maybe a simple conf could do the trick.
I didn't write to the Cyrus list.
