[Kroupware] problems compiling cyrus-imapd

Just a small annoyance and easy to fix.

In several startup and install scripts (/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab and
/kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap) there are calls to the "hostname"
program to get the FQDN with the "-f" flag. On *BSD the -f flag is not a
valid command but running "hostname" without any options does print the
FQDN. I think this behavior is the same on most Linux distros too.

Perhaps the "-f" could be dropped altogether?

Just nitpicking.... :)
