You're pioneering kolab on FreeBSD, it seems ;-)

it seems your c library does not have the function fgetgrent -
uff can that be ?

see the various online linux man pages for fgetgrent.
Maybe it's only a particular library you need to add or
the function is called differently on FreeBSD.

Yes it will affect things. 
Shared Folders will not work for you. And I think
the webinterface will be partly broken.
