I suppose the most important one is -- where did my IMAP mail folders go?

The other thing (the only config issue I had that I couldn't fix) was that 
vcc.h seems to be completely rewritten and I get horrendous errors between 
bison's vcc.y and the compiler trying to make sense of them.

Offhand, I like the look -- not much has really changed so far, and I don't 
have the LDAP server to put my contacts in to or anything, but so far so good
