It's much better to have this configurable at run-time. It would be even 
better, if a common GUI for both cases could be used. One assignee is 
only a special case of multiple attendees and as iCalendar allows 
multiple attendees for a todo I think KOrganizer has to support that.

Does that mean that you intend to do some kind of release under the name 
"kroupware"? Now I understand why Martin is looking for a new name ;-)
