I will try to be more precise. Here are the RPMS on my LM9.0 :

NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.mdk90up
NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191
libMesaGLU1-devel-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaGLU1-4.0.3-6mdk
perl-GTK-GLArea-0.7008-24mdk
libMesaGLU1-devel-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaGLU1-4.0.3-6mdk
Mesa-demos-4.0.3-6mdk
libMesaglut3-4.0.3-6mdk
xmms-mesa-1.2.7-13mdk

Try to remove any RPM not in this list and containing Mesa or GL token.
