[KPhotoAlbum] RFC: New design for Date/Time part of annotation dialog, autorange for datebar

A screenshot for the annotation-dialog is attached.

Regarding the Datebar, it's hard to make meaningful screenshots. the datebar 
looks the same as always, but adopts its zoom-level as one browses the image 
collection.
