[KPhotoAlbum] RFC: New design for Date/Time part of annotation dialog, autorange for datebar

As long as you're looking at the date bar, it would be cool to be able
to use it as a filter to (sub-)select pictures from a date range.

I know that's a lot more than what you are currently working on, but
maybe you could get an idea of how much work it would be.
