[KPhotoAlbum] git: Problems with German Umlaute as tokens

Seems that we are using ASCII for the Tokens, thus support for special
characters is unlikely. Or at least it would be quite an effort.
I just went ahead and disabled the Assign mode when inserting Tokens.
So trying to add e.g. umlaut tokens will not take you to the
Assignment mode.
