Ah, ok, this is absolutely logic.
I now only tried in the GIT version. Here it works just that way - great.
(Ctrl-1 only tags top image, but let be step through the other ones.
Ctrl-2 tags all images in the stack)

Yes, the version from git behaves in this way - also great !
