[KPhotoAlbum] KPhotoAlbum 4.1.1 crashes very frequently on Kubuntu 10.04 (lucid)

The development version is available from svn and has some crashes fixed.
KPA web pages have instruction of downloading and compiling:

There is also a PPA repository with more recent version of KPA packaged for
Ubuntu:
https://launchpad.net/~dominik-stadler/+archive/ppa

The crash can be analyzed from a backtrace if you are able to provide one.
However, the newer version might already solve your problem (the latest
crash sounds like it might be an exif parsing bug that was recently fixed).
