[KPhotoAlbum] workflow for simple changes?

while we're at it:
Suppose I already have my images stacked. The "top one" is the one I
would like to have copied (but not the rest of the stack). Is there a
way to do this ? I tried to drag and drop all the images, with all
stacks closed, but this still copied all images inside the stack.
