[KPhotoAlbum] images in blocklist

Hi Risto,

thanks for the reply. I removed all items in the <blocklist> tag. Next
time I started Kphotoalbum, I got many error pop-ups (I think one for each
picture). I rebuilt the exif database (as suggested in the pop ups) and
restarted KPA. NOw I have the pictures back in the KPA view. Yay!
