[KPhotoAlbum] GPS support in KPhotoAlbum

I got my self a GPS the other day (with the help of donation in the past, 
thanks a lot for that). So now I want to have GPS support in KPA.

So if you have some cool idea/dream about what KPA should be able to do in 
this area, now would be a good time to speak up.
