[KPhotoAlbum] Why do Keyboard shortcuts act globally

Hmm, this is really strange, I am a bit lost as to where to look why I have
this problem and nobody else. I am quite sure I did not set these
keyboard-shortcuts for kipi myself and I checked in the source code that
they are defined there by kipi-plugins. Can you check how the attached
screenshot of the kde system settings dialog looks for your system? This
would indicate a bit where I can continue looking, because currently
recompiling kipi-plugins from source with manually removing those
key-definitions is the only option I can think of.

I even just now saw that I cannot redefine those keys, as soon as I start
kphotoalbum/kipi-plugins I get those keys reset, which is very bad indeed.

Thanks for the comments... Dominik.
