If there's something in KPA that you discover and is limiting you, 
please let us know how to improve it in KPA. There has been also a

If KPA won't display a full version of your RAW files (and you have the 
libkdcraw package installed and at a recent version oand your KPA is at 
least 3.1.1), please file a bug at bugs.gentoo.org with a sample image 
that won't be displayed. I suspect KPA is falling back to Qt for 
decoding a TIFF-based RAW image, which might decode only the thumbnail.
