[KPhotoAlbum] Please report bugs against the KDE 4 version.

I've installed KDE4 64-bit Kubuntu 8.04 and would like to try running
SVN-KPA on that. There're some instructions on KPA website but so far
I haven't been able to make it run so I'll come back to this soon (at
IRC most likely).
