Please try recreating the thumbnails in question. They might have been
created before my patch. Before, thumbails were rotated at the time of
creation. Now, they're rotated at the time they're displayed, just like
full size images, to get consistent behaviour (thumbnail creation code
and display code don't always agree on orientation).

I can't take credit for NEF improvements, unfortunately ;)
