[KPhotoAlbum] NEF preview - Thank you SO much!!

I don't know who has done the magic but I can actually see real NEF
images, not some 120 pix LOW quality previews. So many thanks to you!!
I've been forced to create .jpg -copies of .NEF:s just to be able to
browse & show images w. KPA, for NEF's it's been really useless.

Thank you SO much!!

(though now it sometimes fails to rotate correctly some portrait
images but it seems to be completely random so not actually able to
track it.. )
