I can think of one obvious case:  Panorama shots.  I will frequently do
carefully overlapping panorama shots from a tripod, with easily 10 seconds
between them, whereas not-as-closely related pictures from, say, a sports
event would have less time between them.  Current tagging is not very good
for this -- I'd have to create a new tag for each panorama collection of
shots.
