Yes, using remote places, I can see the shared NTFS folders on the Win XP
machines.

I can also copy files to and from them from within Konqueror, so yes
although they are NTFS, files can be written to those shared folders.  

It just wont work thru KPA.

I'm not an expert, but from my point of view there is no difference
betwen KPA and any other command you use from your linux.

I understand that you can create files and folders inside the windows
XP folder (not only see it). And remenber that you cannot write to
NTFS partitions from linux.

Please confirm that.
