[KPhotoAlbum] bug report : annotation dialog filter text match

Well try it please. If it works flawlessly, I'll accept this mail as a patch. 
I am, however, afraid that it will not work at all, due to the completion 
mechanism, which I believe relies on the match starting at column 0.
