[KimDaBa] timelines - ideas needed

Thanks for all the comments (And I'll remember the searching for time of day 
suggestion)
But what I really want here is something completely new. Imagine I would work 
on this one feature for a month (and who know's I might ;)
What brand new way of searching for images based on their time stamp could you 
come up with (and esp. what features do you know from other applications)
