[Konsole-devel] What are and where to get those bitmap fonts?

Font rendering is still a major problem for Konsole.

For TTF fonts, the problems are often related with "bold".

For bitmap fonts, my first problem and question is: what are and where 
to get those fonts mentioned in bug reports[1][2]?

"Fixed Misc"
"Fixed Console"
"Misc Console"
"Misc Fixed"
"Console"

I've never be a fan and user of bitmap fonts. So those fonts name look 
almost alien to me. Another problem is their names are so generic that 
google does not provide much help. It seems KDE3 konsole shipped the 
"Misc Console" font, but neither KDE4 konsole or gnome-terminal list 
that font name in font dialog after I have install KDE3 konsole.

I'm confused. Those bitmap fonts look like nightmare to me, in both 
their names and appearances.

Any hint?
