I see... In that case, can this bug be changed to something like 'Shortcuts in edit profiles does not work'.

If you look at the edit profiles dialog:

1. The default shortcut is not populated next to the default
2. The shortcut box does not use the same selector as system settings (ie. Desktop->Desktop Effects->All effects->settings or keyboard & mouse->keyboard shortcuts).
