rtti for dynamic casts

No problem.... It's all about the community....

If you figure out how to shrink the whole thing, please post it....

I've not been able to make much of a dent in the 12-15 MB that libqte + 
konq take up, but then I've not been able to spend much time on it, either.

I'd love to cut that down.
