Malformed URL problem

The last version I find is the 20020311
(konqueror_snapshot_20020311_arm.ipk) but I can't install it. When I run
ipkg install it answers "ipkg: invalid magic" !
Is there a more recent one ? If yes, where can I find it ?
I had more or less the problem you describe with my old version. With
only one argument it didn't work at all (as I said previously), but with
2 or more it opened a blank window !!!
I hope you'll find and fix the problem...
