setting initial/default window geometry?

I'll recompile it with STYLE_FULLSCREEN and --with-gui=kiosk
I could swear I didn't see the --with-gui configure option listed.. 
 oh.. ok, I was mistaken -- I must have overlooked that.  *doh*
sorry about that.
