I am ready to merge the last changes needed by kdelibs 3.1

After a bit of testing and cleaning up, I am now ready to commit
a patch to make konq-embed work with the KDE_3_1_BRANCH version of kdelibs.
Currently, kdenox requires KDE_3_0_BRANCH, but some interfaces changed in 3=
=2E1,
so it's better to completely switch over to the new version.

If there are no objections, I'll commit my changes tomorrow evening.
