Handheld CSS

I originally posted this to to the opie mailing lists but received a
reply that it would be more appropriate here:

I'm just writing to ask whether someone could change konqueror to
apply stylesheets that are meant for handheld devices. At the
moment such stylesheets are ignored making it hard to apply appropriate
formatting/layout when using [a PDA system like] opie...
